Job Summary

POSITION

Cost and Contract Assistant

REPORTING TO

Head Of Division Cost & Contract

AUTHORITY

Administrative / Cost & Contract matters

Responsibilities and Duties

KEY DUTIES

1. To assist the Head Of Division (HOD) and Cost & Contract Executive in related task

2. Preparing technical proposal for submission as per requirement in Invitation To Bid (ITB)

3. Preparing and submit the Invoice based on the Purchased Order issued by Client

4. Record the Quotation which are submitted by our Project Manager and Project Engineer

5. Record the outstanding payment and Purchase Order for all project

6. Liaise with Project Manager to ensure the status of job whether completed or not for prepare the Completion of Certificate and Job Completion Ticket

7. Submit the claim to client for completed job

8. Listing out the project code has been awarded

9. Documentation and filling

10. Record and submit weekly payment and invoice done to Head of Division

11. Check, print and record the inquiries from supplier portal

12. Collect ITB Document and Letter of Award (LOA) at Client's office

Qualifications and Skills

QUALIFICATION

Preferably those with Certs or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field

Those with Degree are also encouraged to apply

EXPERIENCE

· Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in Business / Operation Management / Purchasing related field

· Fresh graduate or those without relevant experiences are also encouraged to apply
